TANDBERG DATA ASIA APPOINTS SELECT TECHNOLOGIES AS MASTER DISTRIBUTOR FOR RDX QUIKSTOR IN INDIA
Bangalore, August 20, 2007 India's leading network solutions provider, Select Technologies, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the master distributorship for RDXT QuikStor in India with Tandberg Data (Asia) Pte Ltd, a leading global supplier and manufacturer of backup and archiving solutions. Tandberg Data's RDX QuikStor is an award-winning cartridge-based removable storage system that offers rugged, reliable and convenient storage for backup, archive, data interchange and disaster discovery.
With the new appointment, Select Technologies, a division of WeP Peripherals, a leading player in Information Protection & Information Management Solutions and Services, will market Tandberg Data's RDX QuikStor to the Small and Medium Business (SME) and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) markets in India through Channel Partners.

It was a memorable event for reasons more than one. Spread over three days, Rishtey 2006 was a scream from the word go! From the razzle dazzle of a spectacular Hawaiian theme party where every party pooper had to compulsorily don the garb of a Hawaiian native to a Russian dance troupe to the felicitation ceremony of all our valuable partners and vendors and Select employees to group photos and beach volley ball with live music to boot- Rishtey 2006 was an affair to remember for the ever growing yet close knitted Select Technology family. Coupled with all the fun n frolic was Day 2 where a security conference was organized with all our technological vendors delivering an address. The evening was a low key event with a live band and crooner followed by the dance troupe. Exclusive four city residential conference for Select Channel partners
Select Technologies Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of WeP Peripherals Ltd., concluded its four city channel show at Chennai on August 7, 2005. The show christened Rishtey 2005 was conceived to create a unique platform that brings together Select Technologies Ltd its Technology partners and Channel partners. It provided an opportunity for our technology partners to increase mindshare with existing partners and build relationship with new ones.
Rishtey 2005 was planned for the beginning of JAS quarter as we found this an ideal time to communicate and emphasize on various channel programs for the crucial two quarters ahead. This residential conference kicked off in Delhi and later on moved to Mumbai, Bangalore and concluded in Chennai. The show was well received by our channel partners and was attended by the key decision maker from each channel. Third edition of eStorm05 held in Kuala Lumpur
